I have dark skin, will the Revian still work?

I have dark skin, will the Revian still work?

Revian products are indicated for use on Fitzpatrick Skin Types I-IV because those are historically the skin types cleared by the FDA in regards to red light therapy and hair loss. Revian's scientists tested Revian LEDs on darker Fitzpatrick skin type VI and the light fully penetrated the skin at levels comparable to lighter Fitzpatrick skin types. There is no biological difference in the skin of different types as to how they react to the light or activate the renewal of the cells.
