FSA and HSA Approval

We do not currently have approval from any HSA or FSA plans as Revian is considered elective therapy. You may contact your own FSA manager or provider to check on reimbursement. Some FSA plans may allow purchase of Revian with the proper documentation from a health care professional that provide evidence of medical necessity or medical condition.
