No, Revian contains NO harmful or polluting radiation. The Revian Red precision LEDs are 620 and 660nm wavelengths which do not contain any UV or infrared radiation. Every light source gives off non-harmful electromagnetic radiation as light rays emitting from a source.
Revian operates off low voltage DC power and emits less electromagnetic light than a standard incandescent bulb.
As part of Revian's safety testing, it was subjected to IEC 62471 Ed. 1.0 – Photobiological safety testing and passed without concern.
